I realised on my way home that I'd seen but not spoken to loads of people. Apologies for that, I was in a post training haze and had eyes for two things only, Addlestones and food.
Thanks for the burger Ved. I owe you.

Great night as usual, hopefully Guinness cake will be ready next week!
Pickle I had a dream about you last night, we were on a massive cruise ship smoking shisha pipes but you kept loading it up with loads of random coloured powder and got chucked out by the shisha man because you were doing it all wrong, then he tried to sell me what looked like a crack pipe, then I woke up and realised MOC had turned the alarm off and we were both late. -

Haha thats pretty random, sailing with a psicahadelic shisha sounds fun!

No worries Andy cheers for the loan of the cog and tools.
Yeah I was a bit spaced out after training too, took a while to recover. Souths Burger recovery meal with pear cider rehydration went down a treat.

Good night last night, and I left early which is a Good Thing. Thanks you lot, souths rules like no other. Well, I think it does, I haven't really been to the others much. They have Addlestones. Enough said.
@clefty I had a proper weird dream, but mine woke me up early and I couldn;t get back to sleep. Me and my mrs and my Yugoslav brother in law were all in our kitchen trying to kill a live octopus, it was sitting in the sink looking at us and trying to struggle every time we grabbed it. We were discussing how to cook it (and my BinLaw wanted to eat it raw, just marinated in lemon - this is the sort of thing he would actually suggest) and I kept saying we had to kill it and turn it inside out and clean it properly but he just started hacking off it's tentacles...
fucking weird shit anyway.

I have burger but no dream, what's going on?
-
• #4969
Must have been eating it wrong.
If you eat from the middle outwards you get right wonky dreams.

It's all about the quantity of cheese. Cheese gives you nightmares. And vitamin B6. Power Bars have B6 in, it's the dream vitamin.

As I'm sure I've mentioned elsewhere on this forum, cheese doesn't actually make bad dreams any more likely.. I've heard tell that it makes you more likely to remember your dreams though
-
• #4972
i thought that you only remember your dreams if you wake up in the middle of them? everyone dreams every night, just often don't remember them in the morning.
-
• #4973
however, mood altering substances are found in moulds/bacteria/ergot (yeast). if a ripe blue cheese. it's quite possible. n'est pas?
-
• #4974
There's something about different phases of sleep and you dream in some and not others.. Eating cheese might increase the length of time you're in a certain phase?
I don't know but I'm pretty sure Stephen Fry told me via QI

Corny doesn't dream, he just gets put on recharge over night.
You mind if I steal that and get it printed on a T-shirt..?
