jaygee dude, I forgot all about the track today, say it was damp and thought no track bike stays at home, and then started reading on here, about monday training and was like d'oh!
also am doing stretches to make sure my hamstrings don't burn like a burny thing, so don't want to over exert them before tarck day 3...
I will be doing saturday and monday sessions from here on in though, oh apart from the ones on bank holiday mondays and the ones when I'm away for long weekends with friends, or in a different country at a festival, apart from that I'm in...

Actually couldn't face sorting out riding 80"+ all the way down there to be honest, no brake set up. And its windy as fuck today! Killed me on Saturday. I'm in no rush, and won't be racing next week. I'm a fucking weakling!
