Try and set the saddle back and your numb hand is cause by poor fit rather than the fork, because you feel way too forward mean your body weight is on the handlebar rather thus sore hand.

Raising the handlebars might also help with relieving the weight from your hands. I found this with my track bike. Lovely aero position but not realistic for 60km races

That does look very oddly set up. It's pretty high, and the seat is almost level with the bars, so I wouldn't have thought it was a stem/bar height issue?

Ed has a point about making it longer. I saw a footer on someones post on WW, read: "lower your seat post, move your seat back", or something like that. You'll probably need a lay back post tho, bc it looks like your saddle is already quite far back.
