Ok.....so more slagging of pharell and his connection to brooklyn eh?
I've defended them enough already....but for what it's worth...
Yes Pharell does ride....pretty damn well.
Yes he's helped the company out hugely over the past couple of years.
He's been pretty much a silent partner and hasn't once tried to fuck with the way Joe conducts his business...and for that i respect him.
Unless you know the ins and the outs of what's been going on at the company these past few years you might as well STFU....cos there's enough bullshit out there already. -
• #1285
i, personally, really like pharells bike... there, i said it.
-
• #1286
If I had as much money as he does I'd probably get one too. Looks fun to fuck about on, in between a bmx and a proper track bike

But, his saddle is too low and he has double spok.

I'm with you man, I want it...looks like it'd be super fun for trickin' around on, hitting some jumps/stairs and the like

But, his saddle is too low and he has double spok.
And it's probably just an office bike to get him from his workstation to the coffee machine

An entire thread of anti-porn (almost)
I'm glad to see European good taste prevails over our Orange County counterparts, or at least a fair few of them

Why shouldn't he have two AEROSPOKES? People can build their bikes however the hell they want.
At least he's not sad enough to give a f*ck about the stupid 'rules' that people on here seem to live by....you have to call it an 'arrospok'....you can only have one....your frame has to be an old school track bike which although it flexes all over the place,it stills ticks the right box on the 'hip list'...your parts have to be njs...or this seasons colour.
And as for how much or how far he rides it....again,who cares.
If i had earnt the money he has then i'd probably have all kinds of stuff that while i might not use as often as some people i still have the right to own...and still have a shitload of fun on the occasions that i do use them.
I had a 10" travel downhill bike that i used a fraction of the times i used my other bikes...but does that make all the fun times i had on it any less valid? It's about time people on here stopped giving a f*ck about what everyone else is doing/saying/riding...and got on with doing their own thing.
Cos from where i'm standing some of you guys look a whole lot more retarded than any Aerospoke using, brooklyn riding, billionaire boys club wearing pop star does.
Now feel free to call each other up on your i-phones and go meet at whichever coffee shop you all hang out at and discuss which person you think is in need of rescuing from their own tastes and opinions next.Scott not scot.

I'm sorry the irony of my post wasn't clear. He of course can do whatever he wants.
The rest of your post is just nasty, if I called your mate a cunt then I'd understand but I jokingly criticised his wheel choice and bike fit.

@scott,well said
-
• #1296
Well I still like it...though the fact that we're bringing personal choice and opinion into it does also mean that people have the right to criticise it too...
-

i'm liking the famous popstars quality veneered shelving, it's looks very well made and nice functional lines. i wonder if it's iroko or bubinga? i hope it's from sustainable sources.
i think his bike looks like a piece of shit.
i'm confident in saying he doesn't care for my opinion, i'm cool with that. -
• #1298

I'm not denying that right...but i'm sick of hypocritical critics who slag off somebodies personal choice on one thread then start threads asking what colour they should paint their frame and what tyres should i buy and does wearing a keirin jersey make me look sad.
Have your own tastes but leave others to have theirs. -

Doublespok :s
