^Nice job. Both from one jug? I'd call the one on the left a capp, it looks like it got the stiffer foam from the top of the jug. Right one looks nice and wet like a latte.

Yeah both from 1 jug. I see that now, I must have poured the late first.
And yeah in LMNH, though you get Jaanis or Mick making you coffee until about 5 or 6 every day, I just step in in the evenings. -

Tried Sensory Lab twice this week, friendly service, good espresso but not entirely to my taste, finding it too fruity for an espresse/ristretto and at £2 a pop I don't think I'll use it on a daily basis.

Just ordered a Porlex grinder. Got some o' them Bolivian Finca 'Magicmarker' beans currently topping Has Bean's chart at the moment too.
The only thing that gets me out of bed during the week is the promise of great coffee and dicking about with measurements in the kitchen.

Pro espresso grinder on ebay £140 BIN.
Not me, someone off the coffee forum I use, so probably well looked after.

Mick and I are both very proud of you.
thanks, mum.
I only started learning how to make coffee a couple of months ago and have pretty much taught myself by practising on evening shifts since. I make these 2 towards the end of the evening yesterday and felt quite proud. So here they are, late on the left, cap on the right.
