I can't believe I wrote 'Lightspeed'. Words FAIL (me).
That's a right orgy of componentry going on. Did the frame come with those world champion stripes, or were they added?
Came with the stripes, forks and headset. Wheels and saddle salvaged from the Wilier - bars, stem and seat post bought in...

who are the bars by?
Cinelli RAM carbon.

I may be joining the ti brigade.
Can anyone advise if the following tube selection will be overkill? I want enough stiffness to handle my proportions (15st 6'5''), but am not sure if this is too much.
38.1x0.9 TT double butted
50.8x0.9 DT double buttedCheers, perverts.
P.S. The frame builder is not a frame builder as such so can't really advise me

Nice. As long as that headtube holds up, I bet it rides better than the Wilier.

blimey mate, on your shoulder?
least it shouldn't mean you can't cycle, just get something like a sit-up-and-beg bicycle, put far less pressure on shoulder and being able to ride with one hand.

Wow andyp. A couple of lovely bikes.
I've seen a NOS version of that Derosa on the interwebs. Hate to think what it would cost, but as its not my size thats not really my problem. The Nago tity lux is exactly my size though, part of me wants to put in an inquiry and see if I could scrape together crimbo money for it*.(*must'nt, must'nt, must'nt. Other things to finish)

Yes, there you go, Platini, the Doctor has now given his prognosis, you may cycle.

You joke....but MultiGrooves, when he broke his arm, we just flipped his bullhorns and thomson stem upside down making them really high, put a brake on, and he rode around one handed.

Everti Bikes must be avoided at all costs.
It may be possible that said company's products may induce Scarlett Fever.

My cross bike is an Everti, this one to be precise;

I think it is pretty much a cost thing. Difficult to design/make but again can be done if willing to pay. Certainly looks nicer than a carbon fork and is more in keeping with the frame.
And if someone is paying £1500 for a frame then why not pay £600 for the fork? (made up price)Sadly that price is not made up! Morati (the frame I posted in the porn thread that was poo pooed) made 700c forks and they pop up once a blue moon and go for around £550. Doesn't make a lot of sense.
If you really want one I'd look to Black Sheep that will make one brand spankin new for about $475.00 (See pictures)
or the Xcad, China route which will be cheaper (same place Gene Spicer gets/got his done). People have said that Carbon is a far better material for forks as svelte titanium versions (anything equal to or less than 650g) were too flexy.Sorry to wonder off topic but some fella (camsub?) seems to have a huge back cat of Morati Ti cranks that he puts on the bay again, about every six months they go for £650 each and every time!!

That's a weirdly phrased question.
