lpg, when someone's been in a collision, its bad form to laugh at it, even if you don't like the individual.
There are people I like, and also don't like on this forum, but if someone I don't like had an accident, I'd just make no comment.
No need to be that nasty.
Sorry about your bike Platini, and I hope you make a good recovery.

Totally agree with the above sentiment. Glad you said it first and saved me from posting a really irate response. Laughing when someone from here has been in a serious accident, not caused by themselves is really distasteful, spiteful and uncalled for.

Drove across the main road right in front of me...Sorry to read this.
All the best during recovery of both body and bike. -

Thanks all (almost).
I appreciate all your posts and messages a great deal.
I'll get another bike, and, guess what? I won't be paying for it.
Actually I'm paying for it now, but only in terms of pain and I can do that...
Thanks again.

Can I suggest a titanium frame? If you are going to leap it into White vans it may be a little more resilient.

You, BMMF, Corny (if he replaces his broken one), purple_mj. Anyone else?I could magic gear my De Rosa, which I've contemplated before, for the day.
