Cheers, will keep an eye out for the Salsas one eBay.
These look quite good - possibly too much sweep but a contender...

You want the chewy carbon version.

Yeah, I thought about one of those but I'm trying to make the cleaning as fast and painless as possible - so I actually do it. I'd also use the powered unit on the car and I'm not worried about shooting it into bearings or anything - my aim is still good :)

I'm liking the look of the Aqua2Go Pro. Not so much the price tag but whatevs.
I tried Muc-Off disc brake cleaner yesterday. Front (non-metal) seems ok but rear (metal) aren't so hot now. My rim brakes are better. Tried breaking them in again with hard stops but didn't seem to do much. Hmm, will take to disc brake thread.

So I just managed my first tubeless MTB setup.
Got a set of Stans Arch EX on Superstar Fuel hubs for £125 and WTB Trail Boss 27.5 x 2.4" on the front / 27.5 x 2.25" on the back.
Any ideas on pressures for a 12 stone rider on a mid weight hardtail?

How rad are you?

Anyone want some cheap tubless ready wheels? I have some Stan's ZTR Rapid laced to forumula hubs, need a bit of a true, but i'll throw in tape and valves. Say £50?

Not too rad, like to bomb natural trails but don't hit jumps bigger than a couple of feet.

I don't. Makes me feel old. It reminds me that I was mountain biking when purple anodised parts were cool the first time around.

Purple anodised parts are always cool.

Yes.

True. I should've said fashionable instead.

Love Nicolai for their artistry in alu. Now Turner have gone carbon they're one of the few left. Always wanted an RC but by the time I could afford one they were discontinued.

Went to the Olympic park MTB trails for an hour today, pretty fun! Had a go at most of it, apart from the more challenging looking bits of the black runs. Definitely recommend it, would go again to smash around for an hour.
I've got a set of Rock Shox service seals you can have for £5.
