For as long as you receive the credit back onto your account, the returned stock is their matter.

Edit - it's working now for some reason
Has anyone tried to return anything today?
I ordered a set of doyenne rim brake 38s but upgraded to the primavera 38s a few days later after they had been discounted.
I've just tried to return the doyennes but the return page isn't recognising my order number and details together. Have I missed the boat? Feels risky anyway.

I may be interested...

Pretty sure lifetime warranty on these, heavier but better quality than the Prime wheels @ £326

I've got one of these in large to return

It's really nice, lovely and soft, it's just too big for me, anyone want it before I run the return gambit?

Four months on, I think we're getting there.
The liquidators have been called in.. not sure what that means exactly but probably wouldn't bother trying to return anything..

Administrators are clearing out the remainder of the stock with a skeleton staff. Mike Ashley/Frasers Group deal was IP only and no inventory AFAIK

Wish their DC was 15 miles down the road as it used to be 🙁

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the ratchet upgrade on the Prime Doyenne 56 wheels? Think they're the S2d hubs. Or any other spares I should get before Wiggle disappear...

• #1387
Yeah I can only find the Nukeproof that are £30+

my crc order from the 8th march is still at the processing stage. #nailbiter
-
• #1389
I had that last week my order was processing for 5-6 days and during that time more than half the stuff had sold out so I sent them a message Saturday asking what's coming. No reply but that evening I got a full dispatch message and everything I ordered turned up yesterday. Not that I needed any of it mostly cheap spares that I might not use for years.

Took a punt on the insulated dhb shirt, also 8 March without update

My partner ordered some stuff on like the 3rd of March and it was dispatched a week later, due for delivery today. Guessing they've fuck all staff to fulfill orders so it's just taking a while.

Earlier posts in this thread suggests the nukeproof are the one..
-
• #1393
Or the non-ebay thread rather. Search ratchet and there is various discourse suggesting should work.
-
• #1394
I'd take it, if still available

+ @dbr
https://www.wiggle.com/p/nukeproof-54t-replacement-ratchet-rings-and-springs
The Nukeproof ratchet upgrade is out of stock now unfortunately. It says stock expected soon though
It should work with another DT Swiss star ratchet if you find one of those. Last time I looked it was £80 for an official DT Swiss one and the other option was AliExpress, which is why the Nukeproof was a good deal as it's presumably not made of cheese (possibly made by DT Swiss even) but still half the price

Sure drop me a PM to arrange etc.

My pressure washer arrived with a broken castor so I tried to start a return. They emailed and said don't send it back, and refunded me £100...
