I had a situation where I ordered a couple of things from CRC.. at the time I was only able to select the standard delivery. Next day/priority delivery was not available on the website at all.

A few days passed and still no updates on the order, still “processing”.. in the meantime the items that I ordered dropped in price. I asked them what’s going on with my order and if it had been shipped or not. Also said that if it still hasn’t been shipped then I’d like them to cancel the order.

They ended up canceling the order for me, and I ordered the same things again with next day delivery available again, and not only did I end up getting the things for cheaper, I also effectively got the next day delivery fee for free, and the items actually arrived on the next day.

If you’ve ordered something and it’s gone down in price but still hasn’t been processed/shipped, then it’s best to cancel and order again (provided your item/s are still in stock), as they have directly said to me via live chat that they unfortunately cannot refund the difference of the price drop, for whatever reason :)

Update: Woodsmoke measures 55, my Howies shirts measure 51 fwiw and are a bit too short.

Nearly bought some rowdy Nukeproof bike last night because it was only £2249 and had XX AXS. I've got a real problem.

Yeah, I had almost convinced my self to get the white xc race bike you posted for £1800 with the discount code. Then I realised the reach on the XL is 520mm :(

Where we at on returns? Not worth it. I have a pair of shoes and a pair of overshoes I could resell or return.

I got a refund a couple of days after my item arrived back with them. Evri is really slow though, took about four days.

Edit: just noticed they put the 43.5 SIDI Sixtys I returned back up for £40 more than I paid for them! Luckily I had already got a replacement pair in 43 for £60.
