Check the bearings for play as well, my mate Kyles bearings went in his recently and no matter how much you tightened the cones he still had play.

Hi there,
just few hours ago I stepped on very big stone to avoid a novice rider.
as a result my lovely cared hed3 rim got slightly bent.
it looks a sinking about 2cm of something.
so,,, is it possible to fix it? any place to can fix?
that depression made me very depressed.
