i have same inside leg as you, im just over 6 foot 2 and the 61 cm fits me fine, everyone here will give you a differing opinion and i think you will come out more unsure of sizing than you are now, there is an official fuji size chart which would put you in the 61cm bracket i think, i trusted that and its worked out fine.
Bingo! I'm pretty much 6ft 2.5in so probably also the same height as you. It's true about trying a frame/bike before you buy but I've no idea where/who would have a 58 and a 61 Fuji for me to just have a go on. How long have you had yours for? What sort of riding do you do and how do you find it? Do you suffer any problems with toe overlap (I have size 11 hooves)? You riding fixed or single-speed?
Although someone above made the relevant comment that a track bike probably should be more on the small/agile side. I suppose the choices are either go for a 58 and then tweak saddle position etc. to get the ideal fit or go for a 61 and probably just ride it as it comes.

had mine about a month fixed, there is toe overlap but there will be on any track bike. its an awesome bike though, so solid and light. i think youve made the right decision on the bike but the size is up to you, i use it to ride on roads about 6/10 miles a day and it feels comfy.
one thing to do is definitely change the gearing, im still on the 48/15 which im kind of enjoying as i feel like its training me a bit, but at times if you are tired its a bit of effort to get home so im chainging it to 48/18.
oh and the tyres and tubes are total shit, had so many punctures, change them out. but other than that i love my fuji.

I'm 6'2" and bought a 58 Fuji. It was/is a reasonable bike but with hindsight i'd have gone for the bigger size.
The (bigger) Jackson fits so much better. -

+1
change the tyres, gearing and bars, and whack a brake on. then it's a cheap weapon of mass hybrid-humiliation. -

i hate edinurghbikeco but they do flat steel bars for £2.50 that freshtripe sells for £10 and they'll cut them down for free.
go in buy them get them cut down then never return. horrible place.

I rode a Fuji for a couple of years, yes put a brake on but I never had a problem with gear or tyres.
The bars are a bit uncomfortable, but were liveable with until I got round to (re)building something else. -

Helpful advice here, thanks very much. Reckon I'll go with the larger size from the feedback.

i just made this change, after 3 weeks of 48/15 i put an 18t cog on the back and life is so much better :)
@ van uden: i'm 6ft 4 with long legs and the 61 fits me well but my saddle is quite high so you'll probably be fine with the saddle lower

im here for a year at least. so can get this while i wait to find a 58/60 keirin bike, or stump up the cash for a custom.
loads of fixie riders in Kobe, but they all ride 52-56 frames....

http://www.all-about-the-bike.co.uk/fuji-track-bike-2008---free-delivery-567-p.asp
free delivery, im ordering mine.
i think a 58 would be ok for me, but i would be adjusting saddles and bars to accomodate me, instead of just everything fitting right as it should. but if you like to have a smaller frame under you then a 58 would be better.
people say try out the bikes, but is so rare to find a fuji dealer with all the sizes ready for you to try and they are so cheap online, and people cant be arsed (i certainly couldnt), id just trust fuji unless you have specific preferences.
