Super storm lightening up here in Rossendale....I reckon we'll have local flooding. I'm on top of a big hill with a good view of the valley.....it's a fucking big storm coming up.

2 days ago we got an email advising the spare part to fix the air con had been located in Mexico and was arriving yesterday so the 50% cooling we have had since May would be back up to 100% tomorrow.

Yesterday the 50% that was working also died.

I was riding in Kent for around 4 hours yesterday morning. Suncream sorted me out ok, but is it possible to burn through a jersey? I swear my shoulders are burnt this morning and obviously didn't lather them up beforehand.

Drank around 4 litres of electrolytes whilst out and still had a piss the colour of mountain dew when i got back

Celebrating it being slightly cooler outside with a lunchpint

Was working in a kitchen yesterday- the extraction fans couldn't keep up. Coolest area was 36 degrees C :(. And two fridges packed up.

Pretty spectacular lightning going on right now. We've not got the rain yet so you can stand in the open and watch it.

Seems to be no rain to it, it just passed over KT without a drop. T'was a great show...and weirdly quiet.
