So a need a slightly cheaper option... anyone tried these northern face ones, not too sure about the olive but the reds not too bad

yeah sure there are a few more decent options out there just didn't know where to look, maybe it's worth saving a little longer

scott not scot i love the fact that they have compression straps on a bag that's only 5" wide....i'm not saying this cos i make bags...but i'd save your money...you're not gonna get much in either size of those cos they're so narrow....i think you can get ortlieb bags really cheaply?....they'd be a better option...IMO
yeah that bag will sit all wrong on your back,
i was so close to getting an ortlieb mess backpack, im very glad i didnt, they look good and all but my 'heavy flow' is so good

got a chrome citizen today and love it!
its much bigger than i thought it would be and i really need it due to my rucksack being too small to put my food shopping in and also hurting my shoulders.
i have never had a proper messenger bag and i dont think i will go back to anything else.
i took a photo of it with my eastpak to show a size comparison.

Say NO to fur! :P

no really, where did you get the slippers?
Is there an acceptable slipper label? Chrome bag, Eastpak rucksack, "blank" slippers?
I worked with a Chrome bag for a couple of years, it was a piece of American Shite!...really.
Hope this helps...
