Saw Warrior this afternoon. To say nothing says more. Tom Hardy - weak. The other bloke - painful to watch on screen and I thought Nick Nolte was dead!

On my way to see Killer Elite. I'm not expecting too much.

Went to see drive this morning, but it was cancelled due to a technical fault. Saw "Page one", the documentary about the New York Times instead. It was really very good, but I had to leave early when the baby started screaming too much.

I was right to not expect much at all. Robert De Niro looks really old. He also carries a gun like my mother would. Cliveo must have been on the forum in between takes because regrettably, the best performance was that of the one-dimensional Jason Statham.

just watched 'eastern promises' not bad but not what i'd call riveting viewing 6.5/7 out of 10

This, in my opinion, and on that note, I then watched a history of violence, which I thought was cut very short, and - aside from a great Ed Harris - pretty average.

Saw 'Drive' this evening. Agree with what Sohi said, the soundtrack is fantastic some of the tracks are very 80s sounding.

Hanna was... enjoyable, just couldn't quite work out why it's not that endearing to me, well shot thought.

Yes. Blanchet is very good and Eric Bana is rather good too. It's the same girl who was in The Lovely Bones.

I saw Drive yesterday - loved it.
+1 on the soundtrack, Gosling is excellent and the cinematography is stunning.

^ anyone seen Valhalla Rising? by same bloke wot made Drive... you should. it's not got patrick swayze in it, but it's pretty good nonetheless.

valhalla rising is little different to his other stuff. About 4 lines of dialogue in it. Watch the pusher triology if you haven't already

I'm led to believe that he's been in decent films but I'm always put off going to see anything with him in it because of his frankly absurd religious views.

I enjoyed him in eyes wide shut with kidman. Both their wooden acting worked with that films premise
