Thanks Dammit , Very tempted by the ergo 3 with the speedplay sole

Don't take my post for gospel- I may be wrong!
I think that there is an extra vent, but they may now be making them out of whale foreskin leather or something as well.
That said, I'd like a pair with the Speedplay sole also.

Do you still need some kind of adapter if you use the sidi speedplay shoe?

Nope - its a 4 screw sole = lower stack height & better power transfer

Thinking of changing shoes to SIDIs. I have narrow, 'low volume' feet which apparently suit this brand. The range seems rather confusing, but Dominators seem the name I keep hearing. Most online shops seem pretty scarce on the usual sizes atm. Where would people advise I go to try them on in person? Do Brixton cycles still stock them? Alternatively, if anyone has any in size around size 44-45 they want to sell let me know.

Wiggle have a few clearance deals on sidi at the moment and with the code UK15 that's an extra £15 off... not too bad.

Are they stocking half sizes by any chance? That's one of the attractions for me, as I'd like to be sure I've got the best fit possible.

Any opinions on the sidi five xc mtb shoes? How do they compare to the other mtb shoes?

I have some size 42 road shoes to plug.
@ Aspro - I have both, the extra 45 quid will be well spent
