yeah, no compression cap seems a bit stupid. and ocd.. yup! nice stuff on it tho, bar the lack of top cap.

The compression bolt/stem cap does nothing once the stem is tightened up. Nothing at all.

it's not THAT light, not worth being that anal as to cut down his rim tape (leaving it probably useless) he could have saved that weight running some half decent grips. plus it does look pretty shit - fail imho
