Ahem. East German. Basic flag recognition fail.
East (notice the communist-type thing in the middle):
West (sans reference to communism):
If any then it is socialism type. Socialism was the step to made before communism.

i'll build a full NJS track bike before I die...:)
That ring is NJS and I doubt the hubs, chain, seatpost and tyres are either
The bars, toe clips and seat post definitely aren't. I'm not sure what the cranks are, but they don't appear to be 75s, Dura Ace or Superbes, so they might not be NJS. The wheels look like they might be built 3x, which means the wheels aren't NJS (it has to be 4x). White double straps strike me as probably not being NJS.
Finally, and most importantly, Vivalo aren't NJS. When they had their status withdrawn it applied retroactively.
Basically, the NJS parts of this bike are the headset, bottom bracket and stem. Perhaps the pedals too. Oh, and if it's a Dura-Ace lockring that will be NJS.
Anyway, why waste your time building up a bike as NJS? There is no point in doing it, other than for the sake of it.

on one midge bars I think

They might actually be WTB dirt drop bars...difficult to tell from that angle but the top straight section doesn't look quite wide enough for midges...and also Matt Chester used WTB bars all the time before the midges were available.
Of course they could be midges still....like i say, hard to tell from that angle. -

nice attitude you got there... i like all things Japanese, plus the rarity probably helps increase it's appeal, plus i think they look sexy as hell.. it looks like everything i look for in a track bike.

It seems like you don't know that much about what criteria a bike needs to fulfill to be "full NJS". I'd say that my track bike is about 80% NJS and that's as far as I'd ever take it.
I'm not going to run 80"+, brakeless, with tubs on the road. Certainly not in the winter, with my unsealed, non-cartridge bearing hubs/headset/bottom bracket. And I'm sure as hell not going to give up the security of clipless pedals on the track, only maintain my bike with the NJS tool kits (they exist), etc, just to prove a point.
Oh, and as for liking the colours, you can forget that for a start. If it isn't silver, it isn't NJS (with the exception of Dura-Ace lockrings, which are black).

You forgot dura ace sprockets as well all other lockrings and sprockets, oh and grand mighty track cranks are gold and njs, so technically you are not 100% correct
