Bugger - was lining up to bid on that, but thought it would go well over budget.
Someone already pointed it out on here- so surprised no one else was on it.

Did anyone here buy it? I'd be interested to see better photographs of the Freddie Grubb, as it looks pretty similar to mine, which has been resprayed.

He says he won't reply to text but I wonder if he'll reply to:
"£725 with a shoddy respray? Are you fucking kidding?"
-
• #32361
Not that it would be worth that with original paint.

why is that when i up and have a fucking crash and fucking fuck my god damn fucking frame beyond repair that i can't seem to find any fucking frames in my size ANYWHERE to replace it...?!?
i know i'm a short motherfucker needing a 51 square and all, but for christ's sake, why was it that a month ago you couldn't fucking type 'bike' into ebay's search field without 165,000 fucking beautiful frames in my stupid size for stupidly low prices, and now, NOTHING. FML.
rant over.... and if anybody does catch anything going on the bay or otherwise (really looking for something in a higher end steel tubeset - 653, 753, SLX, Genius, etc...) in a small size, please let a brother know. riding my road bike as a commuter is getting old, FAST.

Well it's harder at the other end of the scale. I'm 6' 2" ish, with abnormally long legs. It's really difficult to find frames for tall long legged people because we're a minority. AND THE BACK PROBLEMS our underevolved-for-the-times skeletons give almost a lot of us tall people. Count yourself lucky. I'd love you have this relative plethora of frames available, and a lack of back problems.
oh shit dude - sometimes you just don't realise what it might be like at the other end of the spectrum! although i have heard this from some taller riders - i've also heard that they feel like their framesets are never as 'tight' as their smaller counterparts.
