Well, those are "front froks", I'm sure you'll need forks for your Rossin.
Still went for £60! I was hoping a frok might be cheaper. Nope.

Nice old frame with 'Mr Grumpy sticker' under paint on head tube.
I was looking for a 'Mr Tickle' so I'm out. -

Looks like a typical front end smash. There is usually a small amount of rippling under the front end of the top tube too. Apparently the seller has ridden several thousand miles on it, although why you would chance it on a frame which you know to be bent is beyond me. Would affect toe clearance too.
The only possible remedy is to have the top tube and down tube replaced, but that will cost much more than the frame is worth, and even then reheating the joint crystalizzes the grain structure of the steel and makes it brittle. From experience, the frame will break after another ten or so years and will end up down the scrapyard.
As Mr.C said 'that frame is fucked'.

This is what they call a steal. Seller works in a 'bike shop'? Yeah, right.

What a to$$er the guy is ! Still we can all get some satisfaction from the fat fee that eBay will charge him for a listing with a start price of £600, and he won't sell it ;-))

why is that when i up and have a fucking crash and fucking fuck my god damn fucking frame beyond repair that i can't seem to find any fucking frames in my size ANYWHERE to replace it...?!?
i know i'm a short motherfucker needing a 51 square and all, but for christ's sake, why was it that a month ago you couldn't fucking type 'bike' into ebay's search field without 165,000 fucking beautiful frames in my stupid size for stupidly low prices, and now, NOTHING. FML.
rant over.... and if anybody does catch anything going on the bay or otherwise (really looking for something in a higher end steel tubeset - 653, 753, SLX, Genius, etc...) in a small size, please let a brother know. riding my road bike as a commuter is getting old, FAST.

Well it's harder at the other end of the scale. I'm 6' 2" ish, with abnormally long legs. It's really difficult to find frames for tall long legged people because we're a minority. AND THE BACK PROBLEMS our underevolved-for-the-times skeletons give almost a lot of us tall people. Count yourself lucky. I'd love you have this relative plethora of frames available, and a lack of back problems.

Bottom of the range Holdsworth era Claud, main frame is non-531, seatpost is stuck. Maybe not the bargain it looks at first.

I hear your pain. 6'4" and I've been riding a 56cm with long seat post and neck because I couldn't find anything I wanted at time. Finally just bought a 61cm but that's too small too really. Can't face a 65cm freak bike though.
