Not sure whether it belongs here or on stolen bikes as I've seen on another forum he couldn't answer what size frame or cranks it had...

Dunno what to think about that ^ he seems to have sold all manner of things, more jumble sale fair than stolen goods. But whats to say there's much difference!
Post it in stolen bikes and see if anyone recognises it, seems more of a track bike than something you'd see on the streets/commute...

Not a Gios
It's a great impression. Look here's another one sneakily looking exactly like one. Ending tonight £214.88.

Wonders never cease...
...£375 for a modified Create is far, far too much no matter what you do to it.

You're always going to get uninformed/poorly experienced people who have a £400 budget and look for something around that price. The create bikes fit a lot of criteria for your beginner cyclist.
I have a mate who had a £700 budget for a "road bike" who walked into his LBS and picked up the first racer he saw for that price. I forget what it was now, it wasn't one of the memorable/reputable high quality bike makers, but it was definitely not worth the stupid money he paid for it.
People who know nothing about bikes but want to get into it will often use price as a guide to quality, and these are the people this guy exploits.

TI Raleigh, not well listed
Nice looker, but I think it may be a gas-pipe model in TI colours. I'd rather take a 531 bike over that with a dodgy paint job.

A bit misleading is the title of that classified: NJS for a road frame...
Yeah, just the headset. -
