Enjoyed yesterdays session in the sun. Lovely way to spend a Sunday morning. Not sure I did enough though as I didn't have any leg ache at all. Obviuosly 92GI 1-3-1's aren't enough. 110GI next time :-)

You need a good few days of training on the trot to get professional leg ache.
Didn't Sunday training used to start at 8am?
