not wishing to cause alarm and panic but you could always fret about a tube/lug parting company on a 25year old frame due to the apprentice brazing it on a monday morning after a heavy weekend.
he may have got his mitering wrong? forgot to use flux? used too much heat? not enough filler metal? With respect, I'm very confident about anything that's been ridden regularly for the last 25 years, more so than something that's just rolled off the production line, because it's already been tested numerous times and is still going strong. Logic innit.

I really want this to be my next geared bike.

because i'm not 100% confident with my statement. in hindsight i should have used 'AFAIK' or some other disclaimer.

That looks absolutely stunning with that respray and that build. I'm not sure I've ever seen a Corima (I am right in thinking that aren't I?) with a road build and it is beautiful.

I have a SLX Olmo with Centaur 10 speed components except for the early 90's Chorus cranks, owned for 6 years. Absolutely love it, but never ride it any more. Will I get rid of it? No I bloody won't!
The latest bike is a 2006 Colnago Dream which I've owned for 7 months. Have added a Chorus carbon seatpost since this pic, and have a set of Record Hubs waiting to go on, they are currently being build by the forum's very own Arup.

That Corima Puma is nice. I love them and the Cougar frame.
I'm building a full carbon geared bike up next, or Ti, depends how rich I'm feeling. -

Why isn't "why" capitalised? Are you another Englishman who failed to learn English?
