Express Tavern Kew Bridge still venue of choice?

A pleasantly surprising blue skied Wednesday lunchtime bump.

Its lovely out there. Just did a RP lap. Nippy but blue.

Thursday morning rain, here in still Storm Alex sodden Ruislip,
but,
it clears up by midday with a dry evening.

Im not sure im in tonight. I've somehow buggered my shoulder sleeping... sleeping!! I mean seriously... How does one hurt their shoulder sleeping. youre not doing anything, just lying there....

Inspired by mindfulness I thought everyone was actively sleeping these days,
with some kind of watchful device
ensuring we get more of that refreshing deep sleep.

Another Thursday rolls around, and ...

I'm looking forward to hearing other peoples' tales of Lockdown 3.
Outdoors at Easter won't be as clement as cans in Acton Park in August,
but,
I'm certain we'll find a way to rekindle the camararderie.

Let's start with changing venue to The Express Tavern. Alternatively let's ask for a new venue.

Fortunately for you, there is no need for you to be bored by my Tales From A Lockdown as we've spent the entire period riding together.

I'm guessing someone with Mod powers,

could change the title.
