The likelihood is the 5pm Public Statement will announce a London-wide 'lock down',
possbily from Friday evening.
What this will mean, will probably be open to interpretation.
If anyone feels like flouting their self-isolation
they might need a Stanley Johnson face mask to enter a pub.
