Can't for the life of me remember his name, or what he looked like, but the night in question is still fairly clear.

I'm not going to quote you in that thread when you're clearly trying so hard.

Not a unexpected as sitting down to eat a bowl of cereal and finding a turd nugget floating in the milk.

Those Brexit metaphors keep coming.

Or trying to eat a jam sandwich and finding it is actually a copy of Basic Instinct that had the end missing due to an episode of Neighbours being hurriedly recorded when a phone call from that girl came in and you couldn't miss it.

The basic narrative of the least few months is that Johnson and Cummings have miscalculated, gotten fucked, and now spend their days insisting this has not taken place when it quite demonstrably has.

Listening to Boris' customs plan, I can't think of a project less likely to succeed than a brand new government IT system with no precedent in the world, politically motivated and spanning governments, countries, land masses and unions (all of the above) not to mention a necessarily aggressive time frame. I thought the last part of his most recent video was quite good:
Making creative use of Milton Keynes' delivery robots. It's not journalism, but 'comment is free'.
late night out in Paris, with another student from my Architecture course - ended up drinking in a bordello as the only other bar was way too loud. He never forgave me, which I couldn't really work out - but clearly it was A Bad Thing.
