Managed to finish my Solaris project and did the first little rides on it..really happy. It gives me so much confidence compared to my 94 kona explosif..currently having a revelation with 140mm travel, any reason I should adjust the travel to 120mm?

If you don’t like the handling with the 140 :)

It will wander about a bit less on climbs with 120.

That’s a big ride. Bring lots of food. Some of the trails, i.e. telegraph, supernova, will be easy to miss too if you don’t know the entrances. Not sure where that bit around pitch and winterfold is going too, seems to be the wrong way, counter clockwise against the trails?

Might be worth just copying the ride we did earlier this year - it does most of this and it would be easy to tack on the box hill bit.

from westhumble it's only 40k, the one we did was 65k.....
...and I don't have the gpx of it :(
