Admit it, that was a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge pizza :p
1,6 kg is 400 grams of carbs, easily stored.
63.8 > 63.6 is that - 1 "hippy dump" ;)
What is the official HD anyway, a kg, 500 grams... -

It's in MFP. ~1000cal
But that second last weigh in was last week, the 95.3 was this morning. I was out on Saturday until 5am and then did fucking nothing Sunday and then worked from home yesterday so did no riding but did sneak into a gym at 10pm for and hour - 2k rowing race against the missus and some weight lifting.
I almost certainly have written down historical hippy dump weights and you'll be as disappointed as I was as they barely changed the scales. :(
I think most of my food is used to lift my heavy carcass around and talk shite. If I talked less shite I'd be even fatter...

Is talking shite cardio or weights I wonder :p
Joking aside, some people do have a lot of water weight fluctuation. I think I was 64.8 one week a few months ago and 64 the week after, didn't eat any huge pizzas either :(
If that sort of stuff panics you, probably easier to measure the fattest part of your belly/gut/3pack and track that along with weight? It's in MFP under goals, hips/gut/neck (?)/weight.

Shit Talking Breakdown:
Sober - cardio
Drunk - weights -

I'm not worried I'm just trying to scare myself into action so that for once I actually get to races at something approaching a decent race weight for me. I measure BF% as well, but MFP doesn't record it so I'd have to look at my paperwork.

Does 'race weight' matter if there aren't any hills?
Asking for a friend.

It's hard to say. I PBd stuff when I was 84kg and when I was 94kg. Other than being a child I don't even recall being less than that. My main issue is in the ultra racing, if I can be lighter I can reduce pressure on my sit bones = reduced bloody chaffed mess.

1.6kg lost since Christmas, down to 77.9, clothes now fit again, but still 5kg heavier than the most I should be, and 8 more than I'd like to be running marathons at, so need to keep up the hard work, had a bit of a slip last night, did a hill sprints session and then yoga, and was sitting waiting for the washing to finish and had a massive slice of Christmas cake, probably 3-4 normal slices of cake, so feeling a but guilty and pissed off with myself.
managed to ride to work today without eating anything before hand and weirdly sweated a boat load, which given this mornings temperature is a bit of a surprise.
I have a tricky couple of days coming up, with dinner out tonight with friends so have no control over what I eat, and then a dinner out tomorrow night where the booze will be flowing so will have to work v hard to avoid temptation.

Quite a few places have some decent options, if stuck fish/chicken breast with rice/potatoes with veg (hold the butter sauce) are always good.
Booze though, I think some people end up drinking vodka with light red bull, that sorta low calorie combos and then drink water in between. Don't know if that works for you though.
I'd call that a "refeed" and don't worry, Christmas cake diet break :P

I brought courgette "pasta" and lean sausages to the manfriend as the local spar has no lean sausage etc... do I win a prize? :p
-
• #11868
I'm not sure if you should get a prize or be sectioned for the courgette pasta thing ;)
We debated pasta but I had the steak there, oh and there were some hand-cooked chips. I was under my calorie count though so fuck it. The margarita was 'necessary' after watching some Mexican cooking doco...

For brekkie post-gym I had a bagel w/ cream cheese and salmon and a SMALL (holy shit, I never order small anything) chocolate chia protein porridge (i know) from Tossed.

No choice on food or drink, this is the menu apparently... bleurgh.
Booze is champers then wine, and is poured by waiters, so complete abstinence is the only option!
Thankfully bought all my food to work with me today so at least that is well controlled, I’ve just discovered making overnight oats, and it’s helping me cut down my horribly sweet tooth in the morning! (I’ve gone from Nutella, to maple syrup to dates and now down to nothing).

Lets be honest, it's probably constipation.
