Not that I would ever condone chocolate theft, but it does say on the box that they're ''to share''
No.
No sharing. -

Doing a ton of bike riding + eating everything in sight means my legs are now alarmingly muscly but I have a pot belly. I don't think numerous pints this week have helped.
Must do something about that next week. Not right now; it's my day off.

Hah! Phenomenal work.

Hilarious.
Is given swathes of references in respect of protein levels. Ignores them for days, while repeatedly requesting references.
Posts anecdotal evidence about veganism. Claims win.
Worth a repost for Friday morning.

Still 72.7, after a week of deliberate effort to run a calorie deficit I thought I'd make some noticeable difference but it seems not, oh well I will continue in the hope something happens soon but ironman training and calorie defecit is not that much fun...

Takes a while to have an effect. You know how you feel better than me. But running a deposit under heavy training load for a long time can have an adverse effect. You could try eating the right amount for a while and seeing if the deposit period kicks in weight wise.

I've been trying to hit the balance of eating just the right amount for the last few months, erring on a tiny bit under and it's kept my weight very stable so I thought as soon as I went into a defecit there would be an immediate shift of the next bit of weight, alas it is not meant to be although by other judges of weight particularly with a measuring tape I have shrunk since I last measured myself in February, so I'm making good progress, I just want to hit that sub 70kg mark by September, and thought now was a good time to drop another bit off...
Needless to say I still have plenty of visible body fat to loose so it's not as though I'm playing at the lean end of the game, and I expected it to be a bit easier, but all in can do is persevere, and hope that I make some good improvements this week. It's a recovery/rest week in my programme so at least I'm not trying to fuel intense exercise on not enough!

Ha! Looks like they pulled the rip cord on the protein argument about a day after hitting the ground.

This morning a colleague and I did an emergency run to Waitrose to buy hot cross buns. I can confirm that Waitrose ones are nicer than M&S, although M&S have more varieties (normal - very nice; apple - delicious; chocolate - possibly a bit much, even for me; toffee - yet to try). Carb loading.......

They did Golden Syrup ones last year. Are they doing these again?

^^ Woah, what? Are you talking Waitrose or M&S?
