We've been clearing cupboards at home. Rosie found some butterscotch Angel Delight ice cream. Add milk, freeze it. That sort of thing. So added some chopped bananas pre-freezing and then ate it with crunchy biscuit spread on top. There is nothing biscuit spread doesn't go with.

Scrap my whining earlier I was heavier than I though before, have lost weight this week. Still want to lose more, I need to rack on this week though to make use of the lighter training load!
