Rob and I are doing the Macmillan Cancer Support mighty hike in a couple of weeks, to raise money to help them continue their vital support work.

Pretty healthy.
£740 of the base £850 hire is covered. I understand there's another £70 ish needed on top of that for hire/setup of PA.
Hopefully we can claw together the final £££ in the next couple of days or on the night.

Yes let's make it a night Aram would have really enjoyed!

Emilio did visit the East Dulwich place a couple of times when I lived there, but I don't remember the party. Maybe I was away, or my memory is going!

I can't believe Aram is gone, and how sudden it was. There are no words.

I first met Aram and Jenne in 2009. I had heard about bike polo in London and discovered it was being played right by my flat in Fulham. I plucked up the courage to go one Thursday and was warmly welcomed by Aram, @big_daddy_wayne, @Greasy_Slag, @provenrad, @moog and a few others. Jenne turned up later that evening as well.

We became firm friends and I became a regular of West Beers and West Polo.

I think, in late 2011 I need a place to live and Jenne and Aram said there was a room coming free in casa @goodhead, where they lived, in East Dulwich.

I moved in and had the best few years, living with them, @Mrlemon and after a while @hats and @inchpincher, before Aram and Jenne moved into their own place.

During that time, we had so many wonderful times, and many many laughs in our weird little family.

It was probably the most fun time of my life and I'm so grateful to Aram for being so friendly and welcoming that first evening that I went to polo. The forum changed my life for the better and I'm so glad I met both Aram and Jenne.

Yes. We have the learning thermostat which wirelessly connects to the Heatlink which is wired to and controls the combi boiler. I'll have a go at the tado forum, thanks.

Noob question.... And in sure it's been asked and answered before on here but I can't find.
I have a Google nest thermostat. Can I just get a pack of tado radiator thermostats and connect to nest or do I need the tado smart hub thing?

These are the exact same as the Richmond ones.
Available as Denny in NI, Richmond in England.
So far I have located them in the fridge section in Sainsbury's and the freezer in Tesco.

Same. It was criminally horrendous, as expected. Now downing wine to forget.

We just did ours ourselves. 10 min job max, especially as all the wiring etc is all there and presumably correct and just needs reconnected.

Looks like it's had a bit of a tough experience. But actually looks relatively ok.
Maybe just needs some time to chill. It is winter after all.
Also maybe take off that bottom leaf that's damaged and give the others a wipe. Looks like they're a bit manky and maybe not getting full light through?
