b. Not too many hills (don't mind a few, but over 4/5 big ones, and it's just not good for me knees fixed)

Ha! Did you see my altercation with the pigeon? I couldn't access my front door because a stubborn pigeon was sitting in the doorway and I didn't want to let it inside. Eventually, with use of polo mallet, I gently ushered it to one side. But I imagine it looked pretty stupid if you were watching from the comfort of a pub across the road!
