Train out, ride back.

Forecast looks decent enough - dry, headwind on the way out, tailwind for the sprint home. Will bring a flapjack or two.

Good to have you along, just have to do the obligatory check that you've read the guidelines...

This is a good route to start on if anyone who hasn't ridden with us before is considering it.

Bike in the back of an Uber XL back and forth to Roydon, obvs.
I might ride this if it isn't fixed exclusive, but can't remember what the rules are any more.

I was going to suggest the TFL overground but that looks fubared this week.

No riding off the front, no stretching the pace. Gears carry the beers.

Have day off on Fri, so my involvement was looking good. But wife has plans Thurs night, but wife also changes her mind, so I may still make it lastminute.com

Roydon Rite of Spring
The season opener for softies
So the clocks have gone back and we've celebrated that thing where the bunny gets nailed to a cross for for stealing chocolate eggs from baby chickens, which means it's time for a bike ride in Roydon.
38 lollypop shaped miles of the finest, and mostly flat, Hertfordshire lanes. Featuring a final 10 mile sprint to the pub (don't follow Ludwig) for the strong, the brave and the foolish.
Train from Liverpool St 19:11 arrives Roydon at 19:44
Return trains at 22:13, 22:30, 23:13 and last train 23:44
