The circuit is quite wide, but I advise riding a gear you can control fully. If you're out of control I'll just throw you out of the race.

Good luck guys, this looks like a lot of fun, alas I'm away in Norway.

Any volunteers should meet me at the car park of the cycling centre on sunday morning at 11.30 so I can brief and hand out tasks for people.

Anyone racing needs to be signed up before 12.30 on Sunday to get their number.

There is a pre party tonight at Dark Arts Coffee in homerton if you want to collect your number early. Bring your ticket/ID to collect numbers.

Volunteers can also join the social ride, it will arrive in time for the briefing.

There is another race at the venue before us, so if you do get there early. Stay around the car park area until 12 as the other event will need the space until their allocated time is over.
