bringing back rep
Many years ago (not long after rep was no longer) I once spent a bit of time trying to knock up some form of RaaS (Rep as a Service). A couple of browser plug-ins (Firefox and Chrome) that would parse the LFGSS webpages and retrieve rep from a central server via an API and decorate the page accordingly, provide the ability to add rep, etc.

Can’t see how this aids OSA compliance for Meta: https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cly74mpy8klo

Yeah I was thinking the same.
Child protection may not be the result of the OSA but a huge income windfall in penalties for UK.gov might be.

I love how they claim the fact checkers are too politically biased, yet they're removing them because Trump is back in.

You know Go, so you could just make a PR on the API repo! Might be a bit late though...

The change is in the USA only so doesn't affect OSA (at present).

The assertion that Frozen Sausages in Front Lawns solve all disputes will need to be proven for LFGSS to continue operating.

If we had to fact check the fantasist bullshit posters on here we’d be in trouble.
Airplane crashes - all the air traffic controllers come out
Assassination attempt - all the contract killers start posting
Etc etcWe do seem to have a lot of people who are epidemiologist hit men pilots on here.

At least it'll be the end of the memes thread. *ducks*
I hope there are further such rays of light before March 16th.
