don't ask me why as I don't personally know these fab people, but last night I dream about Aram and his family. Was a weird dream where we were mainly discussing his garden!

I’m terrible with words, especially in situations like these. I met Aram at my first ever West Beers and couldn’t have bumped into a better person. Godspeed hermano! I’ll raise a glass or two in his name on Saturday.

Mrak told me about Aram's death over a week ago. Quite a shock, as I had seen him at one of those events where we all come together to worship at the feet of Teenslain. What was that? Maybe a few months ago? That he has left us so suddenly is...
After reading this thread, reading all of your thoughts and feelings, this morning, I went to work & didn't have time to reflect. Walking in Burgess Park at lunch I thought about Aram and all of you and how meeting all of you enriched my life. It really was a special time and, for me, Aram's death has made me realise how precious companionship and friendship is. Bless you Aram.

Beautifully said, Bill. It was only the beginning of October when we all got together. Have one for me tomorrow night, wish I could be there. X

So sorry Jenne, love and condolences to you and E x

Aram would have been amused to hear about it.

Aram had the best smile and sparkliest eyes and made you feel welcome in his company in a way few can.

Found this fragment of a clip the other day. Aram picked this song for The Fucktones set, Help You Ann by The Lyres, which was (and still is) one of my fave ever 60s punk revival tunes. He knew his shit, man, I would never have thought to cover this. I think we did a pretty great job on it, his drumming is absolutely fabulous on it, totally effortless.
Miss you so much, my brother, it hurts even more being so far away. X

I haven’t posted in awhile but the messages and fond shared memories on this thread are just awesome,
onelesscardigan was sharing lovely vibes from the recent gathering with us last night. This forum has some solid people, much love to you all.
To Jenne, I read your personal thank you message it was beautiful
Aram, I hope you have caught up with my mate Simon G, he’ll be bombing around upstairs on his Brompton, humming a Prince tune, or playing the drums like insanely loud.

Hi all.
Sorry (not sorry) for the spammy post, but
Rob and I are doing the Macmillan Cancer Support mighty hike in a couple of weeks, to raise money to help them continue their vital support work. We're doing this in memory of Aram.
We've pledged to each raise a minimum of £250 and would really appreciate any help you can give.
Thank you in advance.

Thank you!
Sad news.
Could you please make sure that Jenne knows about https://www.gov.uk/bereavement-support-payment
Even if they don't think they're eligible, they should still claim and the government will assess eligibility.
