I'm coeliac and gluten is only found in wheat, barley and rye. Oats often get lumped in, but they are usually contaminated during the milling process, not because they contain gluten.

Cumin is from the same family as carrots and parsley, and definitely does not contain gluten.

But it turns out it's an actual thing, from The Guardian.

In it, among other things, Xanthe Dewsnap gives us some fabulous ideas on 'an economical way of painting' ones home:
