Interesting that the supreme court decision on Rwanda is out on Wednesday. In a lot of ways it’ll be worse for the government if it’s ruled legal.

With a year to run until the election everyone will see that a tiny trickle of people being sent to Rwanda will do nothing to stop the boats and next summer if the weather is better the numbers will go up not down.

If they loss they can whine about the liberal establishment etc etc time to leave the Council of Europe.

Yet again, Labour make clever use of parliamentary procedure to put pressure on Tory MPs. I know they've not achieved much so far, but they are much better at politics than Sunak and his advisors.
