There’s 15% off on BBUC bundles at the minute if you want to get ahead of @Dick’s 2023 wardrobe. Will match the Standert perfectly.

Pretty sure your bib shorts at the weekend were....deep ochre? Rust? 79% AG2R??

Nice frameset, and some choice components. Is that a race number holder on the seatstay?!
Tyres… who knows
Arguably the most important part of the build. I vote for some Pirellis.

that's another "uncompromising" brand
non cycling bods are required to jog-on

Pirellis seconded

Thanks. Rear Dynamo mount. Although maybe I’ll start telling people it’s for when they introduce number plates for bikes here.

Think they’ve updated their fit page to be slightly more inclusive

I really rate Teravail tyres. Have ridden Cannonballs year round but would maybe switch to something wider/with more knobs for the winter if my pfadfinder had the space

When I looked in to them for TCR they were extremely heavy…?
-
• #63
The light and supple versions are not that heavy.
Just don't go thinking about road tyre weights when looking at 42c tyres. 4-500g is light -
• #64
Sure but I knew the others were going back as soon as I picked them up from the post office.

Hutchinson ?

You joke but I got super stoked when I saw it had sliding dropouts! Alas same price as like a stayer custom fixed frame. Back to watching my ebay alerts for a checkpoint :(
Anyway looks like a fun build!

Claimed weight on mine is 430g (light & supple 700x35 tho), can’t say I’ve ever noticed them feeling heavy.
Same claimed weight as a Cinturato M

Only half kidding, as I fancy another singlespeed to replace winter turbo drudgery

Buy the frame you deserve!

@GoatandTricycle
Currently enjoying Cinturato gravel M
They have a dark orangey tan wall as well.Terravails are really nice (cannonballs were my favourite) they are fast and supple and of course not particularly hard wearing.
WTB byway are godawful. Scary on anything wet and slower than full treaded tyres like the cannonballs

Byway is shit. Resolutes are good for UK conditions, not so great for dusty Spain.
Pirelli are good but get the ones with more thread. Some other good choices are Vittoria terreno dry and continental. -

Good tip, I like the Sonic and Tropical

Anti-boring with a picture of a Matte Black SWorks Tarmac on the front page of the website…..
