Got to ride with the boy this AM, we were supposed to go out at 4am and watch the sun rise, but there was quite literally a solid wall of water falling from the sky. Things cleared up and we were out the door by 8am for a quick 15 mile loop.

Went back to the wider and more rise Enve bars, the Raceface bars had more sweep but just didn’t feel right. Downside is the Ride Farr aero attachment doesn’t work with the Enve bars. Ohhh well
Added a little bling kit for the XT brake levers. Got it for myself for my B-day, also got a case of Lyme and C-diff...

Some kinda gross boozy seltzer. Not recommended for a mid ride libation.

Yeah, I tried a hard seltzer once or twice before. They're terrible. Like, bad enough I'd rather be sober.

Changed up the wife’s cockpit for her mommyduro. Also just noticed that the clamps on the RaceFace grips have a nice little message on the inside.

mommyduro
What's that then? Is she racing this somewhere or are the aerobar thingies for some long-ride comfort?

Some Momma Docs who usually do running races together are doing a dirt road 100k by bike with a few cancer patients.

For some reason I haven’t tuned in since derailleur Greengate. Ha!
Great collection. Loving the general vibe in here; good bikes in use, lots of greenery and brownery, beard and ink etc etc.

@spotter
PtiiThey’ve actually made “micro panniers” longer then micro panniers have existed. The side pouches that you attached to the sides of other panniers could be mounted to a rack or fork with a little lateral thinking.
Looking at them this am I realized that the fork packs are just the side pouches with different hardware. Fork pack on left, side pouch on right:
