Can’t wait to see it completed & ridden, big yourself up for powering through the snags!

Bit late to the party but this is looking great. You're more disciplined than me waiting for dust caps before test riding!

Well otherwise the front wheel doesn’t fit. So it’s a good reason to force patience.
But it should arrive today.

Haha, nope. I would test ride it without a saddle in this moment. :D
They didn't arrive though. So some more days to wait. But my new Paria Bibs arrived, so at least I'll have a fresh one.

Well, it looks like everything was totally worth it. I'm celebrating christmas right now.
Had no time for a complete shooting and there's still a bit to do but the first test ride ist done and i got at least a few pictures!
To do:
-Replacing bar tape. I fucked up and I think i want some beige, woven ones to give it a little bit of a south american touch. It's just to black in front.
-Maybe I need a longer stem. I miscalculated reach a little bit. Maybe it's good for the handling, though. Think I would fancy a silver simworks one.
-Properly bleeding the brakes, I had to shorten them and unfortunately it didn't quite work out perfect. Need to get some Dot 5.1 though.
-Getting myself a front rack and some bags. I think for the front rack, I like the Velo Orange one. Other ideas? Not too big, silver and not suuuuper expensive.
But let's get to the exciting part:

Thank you! I just ordered some BLB Arrow Cream. Current is also BLB and I'm happy with quality from what I can tell.

Thank you!
But finish? Is a bike really finished at some point? 😂
The Sail cloth I was supposed to get was totally destroyed. So I’m now looking for ready bags. Not sure If I go restrap. I like the design from kaiventure but buying all the way from the USA? Might more or less copy their design which fits my bar Tape with some X-Pac cloth.
Also im not sure if I still want the Velo Orange frontrack or if I just stick to a bar roll. Thoughts?
Is there a light system which works with permanently installed lights but take a battery? Otherwise I need to see if I can work something out. With a connection port under the saddle or something.
It isn't, but you're done a damned superb job on it mate. Looks rad.
