First issue might be grips oddly enough.

Apparently I ordered the Remote version of the SID which won't work with whatever lock-on grips I ordered. So I might need a SID Remote compatible grip option.

Also an IS to post adapter

Apparently it does. So, I'll just use the shock grips and the other grips are spare. If I hate the twist thing, or the grips, it can be changed to a lever and normal grips down the track (punned fuck out of that).

I hated those grips so I just cut ESI on one side and installed, works fine

Obvs depends on what you're riding. The loaner bike I could flip on the fork if I was on a road section. Most of the time I just left it (aka forgot I could lock it out). It's not like I'm sprinting on the road with it.
