Very good. What is the radius of ST bend?

Not sure but that's the only thing I don't like about this build. Seat tube is bike fab supply and i got it for free from Stayer Cycles because customer ordered something else instead so it was surplus. It does the job but I'd rather have a larger radius so it fits the tyre radius with a 50mm offset. On day I'll make my own bender.

What is the seat angle on this?
Each to their own but I have never been a fan a curved seat tubes, I get that they allow for a tucked back end though without clearance issues. They seem to be getting more and more popular. I do like a steep seat angle though so that doesn't help my dislike for them.

Ah yes, I've seen those at bike fab supply, looks much better in situ than on paper.
rather have a larger radius so it fits the tyre radius with a 50mm offset
Vari-wall does a nice one that comes close.
I've dredged up a frame design around it but it seems impossible to get hold of.
If only someone could make Columbus produce one to fit the bill. :) -

Can't you mod the Reba next service? I think you just need a longer air shaft for it?

In our workshop we have some self-made tooling to curve 34.9mm tubing to a 415mm CLR for 29er seat tubes.
It works best with straight gauge 0.035" wall 4130. We then machine and TIG weld a 75mm long collar to the top of the tube that has a reamed 31.6mm I/D for your favourite seat post.
It's a little bit heavier than a butted seat tube and, depending on the frame size, can limit the length of seat post insertion, but the radius matches that of the rear wheel nicely.
We are happy to supply these for people, or you can supply the tubing and we can just do the bending for you.
Sorry to Hijack!

Only OEM Rebas have that option. I am stuck on 100 as mine are not OEM

Sounds good. Same thing here. Bend tube using cobra toob bender and collar. Both from bike fab supply.
I would probably only need the bent part. I might have a project actually. Will get in touch if it happens. Thx -

Jens Arnes road bike got converted for grav grav duties this fall. I still haven't been able to see it IRL and take photos myself so nice to get an image of it once in a while.

No messing around with that saddle to bar drop! Bike looks great. Quite a high bottom bracket - is that deliberate for pedal clearance with smaller wheels?
I'd like to see more of your silver fixed / singlespeed.
Don't do it. It looks ace as it is with the short travel and if it works for you leave it.
