I think eyebrows commissioned it, and thrasher was kind enough to sell it to me.
Maybe it seems my ögonmått is not all I thought it was.
Denmark looks alright (aka beautiful)

This was special. There is good bits in Denmark. But they are small and you have to look for them.

Isn’t every bike?
Yes- that frame was mine, life just got in the way of plans.
Now I just spend all my time fixing my flat and sitting on a turbo trainer.
This thread is possibly my favourite on the forum, as a side note. Though a close run thing with @PhilDAS current fun times.
@SasenFrAsen what plans have you got for it? -
• #3506
Plan som far is to add some second hand etap, add CX9 s as I've realised that I'm not patient enough for cantis, wolftooth roadlink and possibly a carbon fork.
@pdlouche was kind enough to make me a zipped tote that's basically the same size as the hardcase, if I want to combine train and bike touring

"something arty about the trees and land being swallowed up by the water" no but really that looks so nice
-
• #3508
aw man that looks amazing. true like music - you have to search for the good stuff.

I am running trp cx8.4 now and in my mind a pair of cantis are superior. Yesterday I went through one puddle of mud and bike was sooo loud for an hour after that. Braking is better yes, but cantis can be set up right easily imo.
For SRAM levers I feel pretty sure you need cx8.4 and not CX9 no?

Seems like I might need to learn how to adjust cantis! I guess it's really a blessing in disguise, as maybe it'll make learning to bleed, tubless and bike electrics seem like a less daunting task.
No love like tough love.
Also thanks for the heads up!

Life's a bit funny these daze. Among all the missery there's highlights. After having been sick and recovered for a couple of weeks I had a slow but gorgeous bike ride today.
Another highlight is that this down time has given me time and space to order some tubes. So watch this space....

Grew tired of the green. Put on my spare purple Hope and a black seat post collar.
Also found the adapter to run a 180mm on the front.
Order new grips and losing the green bar ends when they arrive.Edit: and got rid of blue ano on the forks. Somebody should make custom compression toggles

Think you've probably answered this question a few times on here, but what is that bar tape? Bontrager?
-
• #3520
Your hardtail is beautiful. What ano-removing process do you use/recommend? Thanks!
-
• #3521
Yes Bontrager ZigZag
-
• #3522
Well, I can't recommend removing ano at all.
I this case I just polished it off.
In the past I have used Causic Soda, but I try to avoid chemistry if I can.
I am thinking about giving my Rotor 3d cranks a polish and again I would try to avoid chemicals or abrasives and just buff off the ano off. I can take some photos of my setup later. -

Thanks!

I am doing a bit of spring service to all my bikes.
Rando got new cables today and a new chain. Shifts nicely now. Winter has been tough on the stable.Bar tape is reused from the mustard cross. But ideally I'd like to get some beige/sandy/olive ish bar tape.
