It was my first day off after my 4 day shift yesterday, so after my husbandly chores, I tried to intercept you at a couple of places....I think I was too late at the A120, little hadham lights, and I hung around a couple of times by the roydon level crossing to no avail.......selfish! :0)

Ironically, a few of us firefighters are riding up to Cambridge on Monday...ill look out for you!

Took it easy today. My wife popped up to Cambridge with a friend and so I didn't want to get the the cafe too much before them. In the end, they got lost coming from. The station and it was already noon when I left there. Pootle back conserving myself for a last push tomorrow.

@jakemcree turned up just before I left the cafe and then overtook me on the way home.

One more day.

It would be nice to see some of you at LMNH tomorrow for a celebratory green tea or maybe, as my wife and daughters will be there, something stronger.

Just getting ready to set out at 6am and so looking forward to turning over and going back to sleep tomorrow.

Whereas I'll be on my way to work at that time tomorrow. Lots of people will, but not you. And none of them, including me, will have done 2000 kms in 10 days!

Will be leaving Cambridge shortly for the last but longest 100km.
