Check the chainline to see if it's in spec.
If you are lucky it will be too far inboard and you can spacer the DS cup out.

As in, measure the chainring to centre of seat tube?

Just about to do some di2 ordering, for my 55cm Allroad, anyone done this and know what cable lengths are required? Ta.

Yes, then compare with what Shimano say is should be.

• #2556
@dancing james has 55 and di2

Its not Ultegra R8000 is it by any chance?
-
• #2558
Yep - however NDS has plenty clearance.

They had a dodgy batch which meant that if you were in the largest gear, the crank would touch the chain. If the frame has tight clearances this may be the same problem. They created a 0.6mm spacer for the DS crank but I've no idea how available this is to the public.

Mine had same drive side crank arm clearance issues. Matt/Caren added a small dimple and it’s been fine since. Since moved to sram from 5800 cranks and clearance is a lot bigger

That’s interesting - I had clearance issues with SRAM apex cranks - on an unrelated frame - but 6700 were fine.
-
• #2562
Yeah strange. 180mm apex cranks cleared but 172.5 5800 fouled. Could be crank qc issue possibly, but aware that drive side chainstay clearance was tight given how much they’re squeezing into 420mm

Anyone seen @coldharbour recently?

Some Kanagroos have
Phone the workshop and speak to Fenella or Caren if you need to contact Isen
-
• #2565
Ah, right. Thought he might be away.
I have phoned and emailed several times this week.
-
• #2566
Have you tried asking your wife to call them?
-
• #2567
Not yet but thinking of doing that next.
-
• #2568
If that doesnt work, remember that you need to also get her to chase the postman
-
• #2569
loads of shouting as well. thats the only thing that seems motivates them.
-
• #2570
My previous comments about speaking to Fenella and Caren are incorrect
As they are both at PBP....

• #2571
So who’s watching over Mildo?!
-
• #2572
009 will be ready soon..
-
• #2573
Ah right. Out of office failure.
Thanks for the info, though. Appreciated.
-
• #2574
Mildo is set free to roam Mitcham when everyone is away

No worries, if it’s something I can possibly help with, drop us a pm
We've hit a bit of problem in building up Isen Allroad 23 - DS chainstay fouls the crank arm:
@coldharbour - I've dropped you an email.
Is this simple to fix with a cold set?
Edit - Mat says he can fix. Just need to renew my passport so I can get south of the river.
