If you want to borrow a frame (not a bike) feel free to borrow mine. I'm weak and live to close to the arctic circle.

That is close. This will feed into the massive "straight v s bend seat stays" argument me and Caren are having....

Did you put one in the fork?

• #1606
Hope my wheels will fit.
-
• #1607
No, can do this evening. Fork looks to have loads of space though.
My wheel is probably 1.5mm out of dish (or the frame is out of alignment, but this is less likely!), so it may just clear if it was perfectly central, but still no mud clearance.
I think Harriet will put 32 on when it's time for new tyres, I'm pretty confident they'll clear fine.

Maths says that it should fit on larger frame sizes, unless the seat stays are dropped more on the larger sizes?
-
• #1609
Maths says yes, but also these are 700 not 650b @dancing james

popped into @CleverMike this morning to see one Isen hanging from the stands.... such light, much thin, woah.

If anyone is after them for their Isens... Condor have the PDW Guards reduced slightly (black friday) and in stock (black 45mm)

Cheers, but I snapped a pair up as soon as I got the "back in stock" email.
It could be worse: it could be my money! :0

This seems appropriate for this thread...

So finally had a chance to properly examine my frameset today, after picking it up. It's amazing, and the tubing seems super duper thin. Considering the abuse it'll probably be a good idea to coat it with some sort of anti-corrosive, anybody got any tips/recommendations what to use and how to do it? Also what should be used to plug the di2 ports on the downtube near the headtube?

Hammering-in frozen sausages seems to be the Forum's go-to solution for most problems.

Saw one being ridden on Saturday morning between Richmond Park and Putney, paint job really made it recognisable

@jupiz Sounds like the frames are coming prepped with frame saver already to save from corrosion. Unless I'm reading this wrong: https://www.lfgss.com/comments/13905003/

Yes, blasted with frame saver. There's no harming in adding more yourself over time, but it doesn't really have anywhere to go so you may end up one day with a frame full of it!

Ah great, cheers all!

would the seat tube hold a cantilever baby seat ?
or best to rack it ?
For science, here is a 35c G-one allround (measured at 35mm nobble-nobble) in a 53cm. Just fouls on the seat stays, about 4mm clearance at the chainstays.
p.s. sorry about the jizz on the floor.
