When you fill out the google form re what you'd like on your named seat (email sent on Saturday), use the 'Additional Information' field to make any requests and we'll do our best to accommodate them all. Cheers, Sam

When should we expect to be contacted? Not seen anything about mine yet.

Emails re named seats went out on Saturday+today. Regular rewards (caps/Ts/jerseys etc) will be arriving and being shipped around early March.

Sending all important correspondence via the crowdfunder portal and from friends@hhvt.org, so stick those two on your known contacts list and you should receive anything relevant to your pledge.

OK. Things are still missing so I will contact you through the crowd funder site.

got our names sorted for family seats with two very special people with us. Oscar and Feriha both departed but still with us in spirit as we ride on the track.

Largely, with a few personal messages, dedications etc.

If Jason Windsor is missing his cap, it showed up in Copenhagen today. And I assume someelse got one for Jesper Andersen.
