Great riding from samuli. To go from 41st to 15th place shows great planning, perseverance and guts. Bravo.

I think it would be good if Skinny achievement was more widely recognised. Just looked on BBC Sport Cycling section
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cycling
and not a word about his amazing achievement . Shame really.

Bjorn is about 40 isn't he? Incredible ride for someone of any age.

Is there anything planned in terms of getting the forum TCR riders into a pub or something to hear their stories and meet the dots in person?

Anisa is doing amazingly well as it is her first ultra event. She has spent the whole night (her fourth in a row) kipping in a bus stop having got absolutely soaked, she set off again early still raining, still wet and has covered about 100 kms since. She might make CP3 later today.

Samuli mentioned in another post, that the first 2k were his warmup.

Nice ride by Bjorn, wouldn't of been the same race at the pointy end without him

Kristoff is a similar age and out there being the benchmark, skinnys got 15 years until his prime by the looks of things
