Frank (I think) said earlier that pairs only get one tracker.

Correct. There arent't enough trackers available to give them one each (or it would have meant fewer entrants getting places)

I understand that front wheel aeroz are more important than rear but would you not normally have a deeper rear and shallower front for cross winds?

I know Hippys expert on this sort of thing. I'm just wondering

CP1 to CP2 looks bloody hilly....

Front makes more difference to aeroz, rear makes less. Maybe he decided not to bother spending £x00 on another wheel for (very) marginal gains? Smaller rim on the rear will save him a bit of weight, so it would make a very small difference.

Those sheer nylon knee-highs are quite sexy

They have more trackers at CP1 which they're giving out to the pairs.

Hippy has already been muttering ie legs complaining about needing lower gears.......
